Course Description:

- Identify real estate-related bills passed by the legislature in 2025. 
- Apply Hawaii's real estate advertising laws to ensure compliance with all advertising, including social media, and signage regulations.  
- Demonstrate professionalism and ethical decision-making by analyzing agency relationships, fiduciary duties, fiduciary responsibilities, and the legal boundaries of licensed versus unlicensed activities. 
- Assess the impact of evolving real estate regulations by evaluating legislative updates and industry changes that influence real estate transactions and professional conduct in Hawaii.
