For the 2019-2020 biennium, the Core course is divided into two parts (Part A and Part B). Each part is, in turn, divided into two sections. The first section covers the legal updates for the current year and the second section covers one or more topics of current interest or importance to real estate licensees as determined by the REC.

For 2019, Part A is entitled: Protect Your License. Part B is usually released sometime in the summer of the even-numbered year (i.e, 2020). Both parts may be taken live in a classroom setting or online.
